Built circa 1915 on a prominent corner lot, this bungalow has many recognizable Craftsman style elements: tapered porch columns, exposed rafters, and decorative brackets beneath wide, overhanging eaves. Also typical is the full-length, open front porch and wood shingle siding, intended to connect the homeowners to the natural world. Less typical is the half story placed in the middle of the home and the decorative rafter ends that accent the façade. Members of the Sullivan family lived here from 1914 into the 1940s. Patrick served two terms as county assessor and then worked for the Anaconda Company as a bookkeeper. His wife Mary was a devout member of Immaculate Conception Church and the mother of seven children, two of whom died young. After Patrick died in 1931 and Mary in 1934, daughter Mildred (a secretary) and son Ivester (a bookkeeper) continued in residence.
